The Evolution of Coin Magic

Over the past 10 years, as we've seen technology advance, most magic has gotten exponentially easier to do. There is one glaring exception though: coin magic. And that's just because of the simple fact that no one carries coins anymore. Luckily, the folks over at Ellusionist have partnered with industry legends Alex Latorre and Juan Capilla have come up with a solution that makes coin magic doable again and adds an extra convincer! 

Check out Air Vanish, a coin routine that uses an AirTag. 

Show your spectators a normal looking Air Tag, and place it in a keychain. You have an audience member hold tightly to that keychain, but no grip strength can stop what happens next. They open their hand and tag has vanished. 

AirTags, unlike coins, are meant to be lost, so you pull out your phone and check its location. You have your spectator freely name anywhere in the world. So, in real time, you show them your phone and watch the AirTag disappear and reappear whereever they say!
