Non-Sports Trading Cards
The 1977 Topps Star Wars Series 1 set launched one of the most influential entertainment trading card franchises in hobby history, arriving in June 1977 alongside the theatrical release of Star Wars. The 66-card set features character introductions, movie scenes, promotional photographs, and behind-the-scenes images from the landmark film, while card backs contain story summaries, movie facts, and puzzle pieces that combine to form larger images. Each wax pack included seven cards and one of 11 collectible stickers.

Kermit the Frog makes an enchanting appearance with this architectural ornamentation that once adorned the inner theater of Muppet*Vision 3D at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The recently closed attraction was Jim Henson's final major project before his death in 1990, created in collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering. This faux marble piece featuring Kermit holding a megaphone and crowned with laurels was one of several, each of which could be seen perched atop the double doors leading into and out of the main theater.
