5% back in Shop Your Way Points on eligible gas, EV charging and everyday transit purchases:
“EV charging” refers to the process of replenishing the battery of an electric vehicle (EV). “Everyday Transportation“ purchases are defined as purchases for public transit, taxicabs and rideshare transportation, car washes, parking fees and tolls.
3% back in Shop Your Way Points on eligible grocery store purchases, restaurant purchases (including cafes, bars, lounges and fast food restaurants), and travel purchases (Airfare, Cruises, Hotels, Rental Cars, Timeshare, and Travel Agencies).
2% back in Shop Your Way Points on Merchant Partner Purchases, which are “Qualifying Purchases” under the Shop Your Way Program at participating Shop Your Way partners (such as Sears, Kenmore, Sears Home Services and others). 1% back in Shop Your Way Points on all other purchases that are not classified as either “Qualifying Purchases” or “Non-Qualifying Purchases” under the Shop Your Way Program and that are made outside of Shop Your Way Merchants.
From time to time, cardholders may receive additional offers for 5321 Visa Points from what is set forth in above terms, with such additional offers being subject to their published terms.
The following types of transactions are not considered eligible purchases and will neither earn points nor qualify for point redemption: Balance transfers, cash advances (including those designated as purchases), convenience checks, checks accessing your account, returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, annual credit card membership fees, money orders, wire transfers, foreign currency purchases, traveler’s checks, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, bets and similar betting transactions, interest charges, and other credit card fees. Except as otherwise determined by Transform SR Holding Management LLC in its sole discretion, Members may redeem Shop Your Way Global Points on all Program-Eligible Purchases at Shop Your Way Merchant Partners.
Points will typically post to your Shop Your Way account within approximately one week after the eligible purchase is made. Exclusions apply. We do not determine whether merchants appropriately identify all transactions you make on your account, but we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for Points.
