Further on from last week, I had a significant amount of customer sharing a poor experience espicially from Hewlett Packard printers.
When you purchase a new printer in settings there will be a "pre ticked" box that will allow automatic updates. These updates STOP YOU being able to use Premium Compatibles in the printer.
Its an on-going battle for the right to be able to use 3rd party consumables in printers, and given the price difference it's one we need to win.
