If you're keen to pick one up, here's a quick breakdown of what's recommended:

NU21 - Budget option, 360 lumens, basic features
NU25 MCT UL - 400 lumens, paracord headband, full MCT tech
NU27 - 600 lumens, maximum power

For most people, the MCT UL is the best choice. The paracord headband is actually a benefit - lighter, adjustable, dries faster than fabric.
