We’re seeing so many announcements of major albums and reissues right now that it’s almost hard to keep up. Below, you can pre-order brand-new deluxe editions from Van Halen and Rainbow, as well as vinyl highlights from artists like The Cure, Elvis, Rush, and Scorpions. And if you’re feeling a bit nostalgic about Disney’s 2000s kids’ TV era, we’ve got a couple of splatter vinyl editions of the Hannah Montana TV series soundtracks.

Van Halen’s album 5150 celebrates its 40th anniversary this year and will be released in a range of new, expanded editions.

The Deluxe Edition includes 1 LP and 1 CD featuring a newly remastered version of the original album, plus 2 bonus CDs packed with rare single edits, B-sides, and a previously unreleased live concert recorded on August 27, 1986. The set is completed with a Blu-ray, which contains the first-ever HD release of the band’s classic 1986 live video "Live Without a Net," along with the official music videos for "Dreams" and "Why Can’t This Be Love."

In addition, 2LP and 2CD Expanded Editions will be released separately, featuring the remastered original album alongside selected bonus tracks.

To celebrate the news that "Boys Don’t Cry" has become the first The Cure song to reach 1 billion global streams on Spotify, the band is releasing the 1986 mix of the song in honor of its 40th anniversary.

The 1986 mix will be released on 12" vinyl and CD, including the original 1979 mix plus three B-sides. All newly remastered.

Out March 6 (CD) and April 21 (vinyl).

This 9CD box set celebrates the 50th anniversary of the formation of Rainbow and documents the band’s formative years from 1975–1976. In addition to the group’s two groundbreaking debut studio albums, the set includes a trilogy of live albums from Rainbow’s first world tour, capturing the band’s very first concerts in Europe.

The final disc features a wealth of rare mixes, edits, and studio rehearsals, all newly restored and mastered by Andy Pearce and Matt Wortham.

Here’s something a little different from a Rainbow CD box set - but very much also a nostalgic trip down memory lane, especially if you were a kid in the 2000s (or maybe had young children back then).

Songs from the first two seasons of the iconic Disney TV show Hannah Montana, which marked the breakthrough of Miley Cyrus, are being released in limited-edition splatter-colored vinyl pressings.
