How a Frontier presale works

A Frontier presale gives Members exclusive access to tickets before the general public. When a show is announced, take note if there's a presale and the start date/time.

When the presale period begins, use your presale code to access tickets on the official ticketing website.

*Some shows may require a standard codeword instead of your personal presale code. To guarantee you're using the correct code for the show, before the presale kicks off, refer to the artist tour page on our website or the tour email we'll send you. Tip: We send tour announcement and presale emails based on Members tour preferences.

Give yourself plenty of time to prepare. Save your code and have the official ticketing agency website open before the presale starts. Tip: Once you have your presale code and know who the ticketing agency is, you don't need to return to the Frontier Touring website.
