3. Clear standard low index lenses are included in the price of all frames, excluding rimless and semi rimless frames. Clear standard low index lenses accommodate single vision prescriptions from -3 to +3. All non-prescription standard lenses are included in the price of Clearly branded sunglasses.
4. Customer must have a valid optical prescription. Customers may be required to undergo an eye test at their own cost prior to redemption of offer if their prescription is not valid.
5. Offer excludes all brands except for Clearly sunglasses, glasses and lenses. Offer excludes glasses accessories, contact lenses, contact lenses accessories, safety certification fee, subscription services, Third Party contracts.
6. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
