Our customer, Rejmes Bil, based in Halmstad, wanted to improve their staff common areas. Their premises lacked in natural places for staff from different depatments to gather, so they turned to us at AJ Products for help. Stylish design and high functionality were top priority for both the canteen and meeting rooms. The key goal was to offer employees a relaxed space to connect and socialise and to strengthen the sense of community among the different teams, enhancing overall well-being and job satisfaction.

The project management team at AJ Products designed a proposal for a welcoming canteen where everyone feels at home, along with a lounge for coffee breaks and meetings. The proposal also included two meeting rooms and a larger conference room with flexible furniture. To support productive working meetings where decisions are made and plans are developed, the spaces were tailored to meet Rejmes Bil's specific needs for both form and function.
