Valuation

The amount the appraiser at the auction house believes the item could sell for.

Reserve Price
The minimum price at which an item can be sold. If the bids do not reach this price, the item is either relisted or returned to the seller.

Buyer's Premium
The buyer's premium is 25% of the final hammer price, plus a handling fee of 5 GBP. In live auctions, the premium may vary depending on the auction house's policies.
