Part of what makes this figure unique is that the fabric used for the furisode and obi is brocade. A solid black brocade known as "mukkimono" was used for the furisode, which is made without gold thread, to honor the image of the gothic black clothing that is 2B's symbol.
 

For the obi, a silver-white brocade is used to match her hair color. The pattern is modeled after waves crashing hard against a cliff, to express inner feelings and strength.
