We've leaned into the classics this time around... Old vines that have been quietly doing their thing for decades, and a couple of whites with the sort of poise that only comes from good fruit and a winemaker who knows when to leave well enough alone.

Some of these want a big Sunday roast and a long afternoon. One or two have been patiently waiting in bottle for the right moment, and that moment is roughly whenever you decide to open them.

Grab a case. Cheaper by the bottle that way.

This pours a vibrant gold and hits you with ripe melon, white peach, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. It’s generous and nicely rounded, backing up that juicy stone fruit with a bit of buttery toast and just enough creamy French oak. 

Proper, full-throttle Barossa juice right here. This pours thick and throws massive aromas of blackberry, stewed plum, and sweet spices like clove and nutmeg. It’s been treated to some quality French oak, adding serious dark chocolate and vanillin layers over the top.

A benchmark Barossa Shiraz pulled from some of the region's oldest, low-yielding dirt. It’s a deep, vibrant crimson that jumps out of the glass with satsuma plum, blue and red berries, and a dusting of cedar.

The Eden Valley king, released with a bit of bottle age exactly how it should be. It’s pouring a pale gold with a green edge, and it’s just starting to show those classic toasty, petrol aromas mingling with intense lime cordial and white florals.
