Estate & General Goods Online Auction 5th - 9th June
ItHayward’s has lined up another great Estate & General Goods online auction, starting today, Friday June 5th with the first lots closing at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 9th. There’s a great variety in these 750 lots so come on over for a browse if you’re in town and check it out on our website where you’ll find photos and descriptions of every lot:
This week we have lots of kitchen ware and lots of model vehicles - Le Creuset, Chasseur and other enamel baking and serving items, boxes of cake and muffin tins, kitchen appliances and accessories. There are Maisto, Burago, Ertl, Saico, Matchbox and other die-cast vehicles in scales from 1:64 through 1:18, most in original boxes. We also have some interesting vintage Trix Twin model railway items, a foot-operated dentist’s drill, Swarovski and other crystal figurines, a small Meade telescope, film and digital cameras, kid’s guitars, a vintage mandolin, a Peugeot Ventoux 14 road bike and other road and mountain bikes, a VFS indoor bike trainer and a York Fitnesss elliptical trainer. Shona McFarlane prints, vintage photos, acrylic and oil paintings, posters, art prints, wall ornaments, barometers, clocks and mirrors.
A restorer's wooden garden arch, indoor and outdoor plants, crocks, cane pet beds and baskets, studio pottery, English and NZ china and pottery table, tea and coffee ware, vases and ornaments, a timber chess & backgammon set, albums and containers of coins, stamps, costume jewellery and wristwatches, candle holders, plated cutlery, crystal and glass ware, art glass vases and paperweights, bottles of wine and boxes of spirit miniatures, CDs, DVDs, LP records, radios.
Furniture includes black marble dining, coffee and end tables, taupe and white leather settees and a chaise longue that can turn into a single bed, La-Z-Boy and other swivel, reclining and electric rise and recline lounge chairs in fabric, leather and vinyl. There’s a nice mahogany turned leg 3 drawer hall table, solid pine, rimu and other bed ends, bookcases, bedside cabinets, tables, chests, cupboards and display cabinets, retro formica & chrome dining table with 4 vinyl upholstered chairs.
Vintage furniture includes hand-painted and fabric-decorated country style Welsh dressers, wall units and cupboards, mahogany 2 drawer desk, mixed timber 2 drawer chest with metal drop handles, 6 Victorian carved back turned leg fabric upholstered dining chairs and a Singer sewing machine table on cast iron base with 6 drawers (but no sewing machine.)
