Offers
Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its assets both tangible and intangible, along with proof of funding. Any sale will exclude Company liabilities other than employees which will transfer under TUPE. It is anticipated that any sale will be on an accelerated basis for the business and assets of the company, although alternative deal structures can be considered.

Timescale

Offers should be submitted along with proof of funding by 12noon on 9th March 2026. The asset sale will be contracted by the Administrator upon Appointment.
