Manual pull-through sharpeners and field sharpeners are compact, lightweight and easy to use. They are best suited for quick touch-ups and are great for putting a new edge on your knife when it starts to dull. While they take a bit more effort than electric sharpeners, both are excellent alternatives for sharpening at home or on the go.
