Policy Updates Reminder

Thank you for your continued support of HobbyLink Japan.

This is a reminder about changes coming to our service.

Firstly, we're expanding our Private Warehouse and making it more useful than ever by making it UNLIMITED!

Every customer currently using the Private Warehouse gets 6 Months FREE storage, and the timers will be completely resetting in October to give everyone an extra 6 months of free storage. But for those who want or need to store longer, we're making unlimited storage possible for just a small monthly fee.

Secondly, we're also altering our cancellation and backorder policies to help reduce ambiguity surrounding backorders and reduce the impact from harmful accounts.

From October 1st, you will no longer be able to cancel items after their preorder cut-off date. This date will be displayed on the product page and My Account page.

In addition, we had originally announced that backorders older than 3 years will be cancelled on October 1st. Due to customer feedback, we have to decided to keep existing backorders around for a while longer, and instead we will be contacting customers gradually about items that are not likely to be received gradually over time instead of cancelling them all at once.
