條款及細則 Terms and Conditions:

1. 首次客戶 First-Time Clients
新客戶可以預約「皇牌激光療程」、「膠原激光療程」或「緊緻磁頻療程」作為首次療程。於分店兌換首次優惠時，必須出示有效的香港身份證。非香港居民亦可按目錄價格接受治療。
New clients may book the Signature Laser Facial, Collagen Laser Facial, or Sculpting Facial as their first treatment. To redeem the first-time offer at the clinic, a valid Hong Kong Identity Card must be presented. Non-Hong Kong residents may receive treatments at standard menu pricing.

2. 取消與遲到政策 Cancellation & Late Policy
客戶懇請至少提前12小時通知取消或重新安排預約。遲改或缺席可能會收取HK$200的費用。如客戶遲到，療程時間可能會被縮短，以避免延誤下一位客戶。遲到超過5分鐘的客戶可能會被收取HK$200的取消費用，並需要重新預約。
Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A HK$200 fee may apply for late changes or no-shows. If the client arrives late, the treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late may be subject to a HK$200 cancellation fee and will be required to rebook.
