Offers
Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its assets both tangible and intangible, along with proof of funding.  Any sale will exclude Company liabilities other than employees which will transfer under TUPE.  The sale of the business will be contracted by way of an asset sale only through an Administration Insolvency Process. 

Timescale
Offers should be submitted along with proof of funding by 12noon on Tuesday 20^th January 2026. The asset sale will be contracted by the Administrator upon Appointment.
