  1. Most items are unreserved, with bidding starting from just $9 – simply name your price! Once you’ve determined what you’re willing to pay, take advantage of autobid to let the system do the bidding for you.
  2. Just like traditional live auctions, we run a 'going, going, gone' period to give you every opportunity to win the item you’re after. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes prior to an auction closing, we will extend the auction by another 10 minutes.
  3. As with traditional auctions, Grays charge a buyers premium on top of the winning bid price. This is a percentage of the final bid price and varies across sales.
  4. If you’re after an immediate purchase, browse our 'buy now' product range. Just add the item to your shopping cart and follow our easy checkout process.
  5. Our shipping costs vary by location and item weight and dimension. Always use our shipping calculator to calculate freight cost to your postcode.
