An opportunity has arisen to purchase the Business Assets, both tangible and intangible, of a Recruitment Consultancy business.  They provide a fully tailored experience from the initial consultation to the seamless integration into a client's business, covering the Mechanical & Electrical, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Construction & Building Services, Aerospace, Inspection, Testing & Certification, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, and Power, Transmission & Distribution sectors.

Overview 

• Incorporated in 2015.
• Operating from Leasehold Premises located in the Northwest (Separate negotiation with the Landlord will be required).
• Owned Assets to include Office furniture & IT Equipment.
• Existing Client database. (no formal contracts)
• 70,000 Candidate database (where transferable).
• Financed Asset, a Motor Vehicle.
• Third Party Assets, Motor Vehicles.
• Turnover for 18 months year-end 31 December 2023 £18,738,497.
• Turnover for year-end 31 December 2024 £13,595,543.
• Turnover for year-end 31 December 2025 £13,854,319.
• All IP to include company name and trading styles, domain name, email address, social media platforms, telephone number (where transferable), company records, client and candidate databases.
• 10 Employees, plus one Director.

Offers
Offers are invited for all such right, title and interest the Company has in its Assets. Any sale will exclude Company liabilities other than employees, which will transfer under TUPE.  The sale of the business will be contracted by way of an asset sale only, through an Administration insolvency process via a sale and purchase agreement.
 
Timescale
A deadline for offers, accompanied by proof of funding, has been set for 12 noon, Wednesday, 1^st July 2026. This is an accelerated M&A opportunity; due diligence should be conducted as a matter of priority.
