It’s 25 May – the day we celebrate Douglas Adams, the Guide, and the joy of knowing exactly where your towel is. A good excuse (as if you needed one) to return to the books that gave us Marvin’s existential gloom and the most accurate travel advice in the universe.

So don’t panic. Just towel up.
