Estate & General Goods Online Auction 4th - 8th April
Hayward’s is holding another of our popular Estate & General Goods timed online auctions this week, starting today, Friday April 4th with the first lots closing at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 8th. It’s a great-looking auction, so come on in for a browse if you’re in town, and check it out on our website where you’ll find photos and descriptions of every lot:
You’ll find a wonderful range of retro and vintage collectables this week, from antique Dunedin and Christchurch photo portrait albums to Viewmaster viewers and reels, slide and cine projectors, darkroom equipment, toy robots, retro gramophones and stereos, vintage Singer treadle sewing machine, medals badges, stamp albums, jewellery, coins, books, prints and paintings. There’s a Criterion Dynamax 8 telescope and accessories, binoculars, film & digital cameras, plastic model kits, railway layout and craft supplies, boxed die-cast model vehicles and other tin and plastic toy vehicles, vintage toys, games, and puzzles.
A deep button patchwork rolled arm 3 seater settee, dark brown leather 3 seater and green leather 3 piece lounge suite, carved Asian coffee table and assorted retro timber and cane tables, lounge and dining chairs, a solid oak hall table, rimu single door display cabinet, tall bookcases and wall units and lots of other storage cabinets, chests of drawers, beds, dining suites and bookshelves. For the patio or deck, there’s a pair of Cape Cod (or Adirondack, or even Muskoka if you prefer) chairs, an outdoor table & chairs, garden bench seats, plants and planters.
Blank art canvases, decorative storage boxes, cane baskets, concertina sewing boxes, metal deed and money boxes, curtains, wall mirrors, clocks, framed prints and paintings, travel blankets, marbles, cassettes, LP records, classical and other CDs, accordions, bottles of wine and spirits, vintage tins, cutlery, baking ware, kitchen appliances, studio pottery, art glass, crystal, vintage and more modern tea and table ware. If you’re in town, you can inspect everything in-person here at 5 Carroll Street in Dunedin.
Viewing times for this auction are Saturday April 5th from 9:00am–12:00pm, Monday and Tuesday from 9:00am – 5:00pm with the first lots closing Tuesday the 8th at 6:00pm.
