Before the EDC07, I was daily carrying the EDC23.

Great light. More lumens. But not waterproof. I always had to think about rain, about where I clipped it, about whether it would survive getting soaked.

The EDC07 weighs half as much, costs less, and I don't have to think about any of that anymore. IP67. Just leave it on the outside pouch and forget about it.

But here's what kept bugging me: it costs the same as the TINI3 keychain light. A full sized EDC with three color temperatures and 1,500 lumens, priced the same as a keychain.

That math doesn't make sense until you understand what polycarbonate changes about manufacturing.
